Yes.

It's evolving into what Twitter was circa 2015 or so. Approaching 25 million users. But all real users. All new and engaging. No bots, no trolls, no hate. As opposed to X's 300 milion of which, 2/3 are probably bots or otherwise not useful, and of the remaining 100 milion, I'd say at most 2/3 are regular users. Point being, BlueSky is rapidly approaching a critical mass at which it will be, by nearly ALL measures, more useful than X

Twitter was fine until Elon Musk bought it and reinstated the accounts of people who were banned for hate speech and that type of thing. As long as BlueSky keeps that element away, and I don’t know why they wouldn’t, it should remain hate-free.

They should make you pass an IQ test before approving your account on BlueSky.

I had an argument over a month ago with some waitress who loved that Elon Musk was going to eliminate censorship on Twitter. She said that people should be free to post whatever they want on social media, and it's up to each individual to decide if it's true or false.

She's also an Anti-Vaxxer, she insisted that 8 year olds were getting free sex change operations in school, and that JD Vance was a huge supporter and protector of Women's rights.

You can't cure stupid.
