Anyone have a recipe for "Shaky potatoes"

I know you have drown them under "three" toppings but what goes into the mix?

I use white potatoes, white pepper, white Cheddar aged 3 years(first year needs to be aged in a red shirt), some EVO and lightly salted to taste.

Bam shaky potatoes.

They really get shaky if you throw a little orange jello in. I know it sounds disgusting, but if you really want them to shake, you gotta do it.
