Anyone watching Legion

I have no comic book background on this story. Some pretty hefty mind games trying to sort this show out.

I'm into marvel and the movies and tv and Netflix, but I don't wanna get into legion since it holds no continuation to any universe, and I also don't wanna get hooked on it and "have to watch" every episode and have another tv show I need to watch.
Lame excuses I know.

he ties into the xmen though, they are working hard to get Xavier into the show.

I want to love it, but I gotta admit they lose me when I can figure out what is real and what is in his head when they blend it together.

I loved lost, and had no real issues comprehending and keeping up. But this...

That is part of what makes it intriguing for me. It is like solving a puzzle while watching it.
