Haven't seen it on TV. Can someone whos attended in person confirm this tradition is still alive?

Unacceptable if no one is willing to do it.
 
I don’t think Dino “has” them wear it. I believe I read the story once why the one guy started doing it. As racial as it may sound, it does look a little funny this big African American in a kilt. I wonder how often in history a man of color wore a kilt? I’m part Scottish so I think it awesome.

I have seen it on the sideline. I think it’s something Wolverine came up with. Last year in the kilt thread, among other people, I posted pics of Samuel L Jackson in a kilt. He has worn one on several occasions.
 
Cool. Must have missed one. I only noticed the two during warm ups.
I was sitting down in the lower level where the band sits, for warm ups. I saw 3
