Matt Roe is saying that Bill Clinton talked to the team after the game and said that they made a great effort, a few too many turnovers. He thought the over and back should have been called, etc.

Pretty cool, since it was mentioned, what happened on that over and back? I looked away for one second and missed that whole thing, never rewound to check either.

Did Clinton tell KJo to try following his shots? Or rebound in general?

yeah, it's not an honor to have a former president talk to the team. How dumb?
Yes he still is Mr President and and should be accorded all the honor that goes with the office and his "performance" in the Oval Office, but in my mind when it comes to BBall he is first and foremost a Georgetown alum. That is a stigma you can't overlook!

I suppose Joe Biden would have been a more appropriate politician for the locker room talk, unless he is waiting to chat with the boys at the Championship game...

"Boys, this is a $#@!@^# Big deal !!!"

He's actually more of an Arkansas fan than a Gtown fan.

Awesome! I'd like to know if he went into Cincy's locker room, too? Did he stay for the second game? I love it that both he and Obama are college bball fans. But yes, I believe Arkansas is first in his heart. I remember him rooting for them when we played them. Dear lord, was that the infamous Moten time out without a time out game? (shudder)

Clinton sits with cuse fans at the games. Tthink former Dnc chair and that's why he's at the games. He only comes to cuse games and was there last year too. So I'd imagine he's becoming a transplant cuse fan

You are thinking of Terry McCauliffe.

They have been to a few cuse games at garden together and a bunch of cuse-gtown games in DC

The only way he should be permitted anywhere near anything Orange is if he renounces any and all G-town loyalties.
There is NO compromise on some matters.

I LOOOOOOAAAATHE G-town.

GO ORANGE!

Didn't he de facto do that by attending Syracuse games, sitting behind the Syracuse bench with Syracuse fans, and then talking to the Syracuse team after the game? I mean - would you be ok with Derrick Coleman doing all that with GTown? Or since he didn't issue a written statement renouncing Syracuse it'd be ok?

I remember him sitting courtside for the Razorbacks more than any games he attended in DC.

Actually I remember him as an unlockable character in NBA Jam. He should teach our team how to be "on fire!"

He could be spying.
