Bills/Eagles TV?????

My son who grew up a rabid Bills fan but now lived down south will be in Central NY Sunday and is was hoping to watch the game .
Problem is that I have TW cable and I see Titans/Steelers listed. Is the Bills game on TV at all, can a pay in morning cancel in evening trick be done?

Bills game is on Fox this weekend, and the local Fox affiliate will be showing the Giants game. Gonna have to catch it at a bar/restaurant in the Syracuse area.

its on OTA on direct tv if you have west coast feeds.. also could point your antenna towards roch and get it pretty easily if people still have antennas..
