One of the best shows I've seen. Awesome setlist. High energy x 100. Just 5 minutes shy of a 4 hour show. I don't know how he does it at 66 years old. Stunning. And great getting together with nycfan and orangeman40 .

Wrecking Ball
Badlands
Something in the Night
The Ties That Bind
Sherry Darling

Growin' Up
You Can Look (But You Better Not Touch)
Death to My Hometown
Mansion on the Hill
Jack of All Trades (with strings)
My Hometown
The River
American Skin (41 Shots)
The Promised Land
Working on the Highway
Darlington County

Agreed - easily top 5 for me too.

Also, it was the longest US show ever, according to Backstreets (3rd longest worldwide show ever).

Working on the Highway is such a dumb song.

Guessing Death/Mansion/Jack will stick, and be the bathroom break for many. Thankfully I have an aisle seat.

Working on the Highway is OK - just a high-energy song.

Aisle seat? Well, you won't need to work out that day, with all the standing up and sitting down you'll be doing. ;)

Enjoy.

Working on the Highway, worked last night, I know what you mean about the song, but I'm telling you...it worked.

Lil Steve absolutely loves Sherry Darling.

I like the music to American Skin, hate the meaning, but I can't listen to it and not hear Jackson Browns voice from that Tribute show.

Something in the Night was on my bucket list of never heard, same with Santa.

I've now caught Jersey Girl 2x with the wife...got the whole thing on video too.

Still trying to wrap my head around its awesomeness.

If anyone finds a copy of it, burn it please!!!

Speaking of Santa - a number of years ago someone gave me an early bootleg of a Seattle show where he tells this long story of the band on some early days Christmas Eve. It was awesome. Now I have to go dig it out.

Really I like those wrecking ball songs.

Angry Irish Bruce...Wrecking Ball does have some good work on it.

Just watched NYCS...yikes...hopefully he pulls it out next week.
It was very cool, esp. with the strings

And Night 2 was even longer (3:59). Another good set list. Wife was there, I wasn't :(

His Tuesday night show looks absurd, played to 60K diehards wishlist of tunes.

T minus 9 hours and counting...

Not sure he's saying goodbye but I think he might be taking an E street vacation. Heard he has a solo album ready to drop and every 10 years or so he seems to go the solo route for awhile

I heard that also.

Thing is, in relation to both posts, is how much longer can he/does he want to keep going? If he does a solo tour, I have to think we may have seen the last of the ESB tours. Fortunately, I will see the bookends of this US leg - Gillette on Sept 14 and I can't wait

Nah...this ain't it for ESB. He's older and they are too but they still got it
