I hate to be defending Bud, but he makes a great point that we have taken on a string of six major conference opponents in the pre-season (counting the Big East for hoops purposes), with a combined record of 39-3 when we played them. And we won them all, pretty handily, too.

I think that JB is handling this team very well, too; applauding them on their effort today, after telling them to not get too carried away after their success in Maui.
