I feel 100 times better about our program now than I did 10 years ago though. That 2007 team was arguably the worst SU football team I've ever seen...competing with the 2005 team. Horrible times.

That 2005 team had some legitimate players on defense and really should have won 4 or 5 games -- it was just that godforsaken West Coast offense that caused us to go 1-10. 3rd and 12? Let's throw a 7 yard slant to Tim Lane.

What else were you going to throw to Tim Lane (that he wasn't going to drop).

Should have kept Steve Gregory at WR. There was nothing left when he moved.

Let's hope we never find ourselves in that kind of personnel situation ever again. That's not even to mention the first time OC in way way over his head reporting to the first time HC in way way way over his head.

LOL...Best team ever? They weren't even the best team in the Big East...

I remember a certain poster who said we were 3 TDs better than them - right before they waxed us 59-0...

And then said it was P's fault...
