By any measure, the 2015-16 academic year was the most successful in the history of Syracuse University Athletics. The Orange finished in 21st place in the 2015-16 National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) Learfield Division I Directors' Cup with a school-record 12 teams scoring points. Syracuse was the fourth-highest ranked Atlantic Coast Conference school.

TGD, TGD, TGD...

Hopefully things will continue along this path. Throw in a football bowl game and lax championship, or two, and the Top-20 might be reachable. SU would need to add more sports to improve beyond that.

What's the difference between this and the Capital One Cup?

What's the difference between this and the Capital One Cup?

Capital One Cup has two separate awards ... one for Men and one for Women, and they use a totally different scoring system.
