Class of 2024 DE Caden Brown (NY) COMMITTED / SIGNED NLI TO SYRACUSE (12/17/23)

And if people don’t think it’s still going on…..

Watch episode 1 of the mob podcast where they talk about their recruiting visits and Okechukwu says “keep it PG” and they all start laughing.

Just the reality of the situation.
My oldest son, for DIII swimming, was out until 4AM. Total hangover when I picked him up. He was 17.

How well could he and his parents relate to bullet-headed Schiano as opposed to more cosmopolitan Dino?

Where do people come up with this crap?
The problem is they listed their attendance as 53,114 but their capacity is 52 and change - so complete bull on their behalf.

At the peak, early in the first, they probably did have 46k in the building. But that quickly dwindled, and by the second half, it was probably close to 40k, and then dropped further by the end of the third.

They still did fill a higher capacity percentage than we did, which obviously looks better to someone standing on the sidelines looking around

We had huge swaths of empty seats up top.

They did a better job disguising their warts vs us. We also were at around 70% capacity vs their 80 percent.

Like someone alluded to above, recruits notice these things

Fortunately they also notice how quiet a bigger crowd gets when you lose as badly as Rutgers did.

Rutgers has zero chance of getting this kid so it doesn't matter if there were fans sitting on other fans for a compacity of 80K.

Positive report except the lack of fans in the upper deck.. Great players see these things. Unfortunately, he saw a full house at Rutgers the next day. Getting people in the stands is important.

Not meant for the die heads here, but good job fair weather fans.

Well Rutgers has always been about smoke and mirrors so that's nothing new.

We are way too obsessed with Rutgers on this board, I don't care what chance Rutgers has for Brown, I care about Syracuse's chances.
Hey, here is an idea. Block this thread then you don't have to be concerned with other's opinions.
