Well team, what do you think, any surprises?

It’s nice to have as much of the class locked up as possible, obviously. And, some of our higher profile commits can enroll early.

So anybody we’re expecting/not expecting to wait until February?

A little pre-Christmas excitement for the football junkies. I’m excited to see who we’ve really locked up.

I think we’ve whiffed on the all the qb’s we’ve tried to get. No doubt your son is “the guy” but like we’ve seen over the years we’re 1 play away from having to rely on backup for a variety of reason. Having 2 solid guys this year made all the difference. Hopefully we can develop it Over the next 8 to 9 months.

I think we're trying to space out QB a bit, so I'd bet we wait until next cycle. He probably feels safe knowing we have a 4th QB (Culpepper) if push came to shove due to injury. If Culpepper transfers out not wanting to play TE, I would bet we would grab another Clayton Welch type.

QB will need to be a HUGE priority next year. I bet Dino envisions that it will be much easier next cycle once we have another big successful season and with a QB (Devito) putting up big numbers in this system.

No. They're all going to Arizona State.

I normally would like one per class, but if we don't have one lined up by now it's not worth taking one just to fill the spot. Big priority next year.

TD and CA would make a nice change-up pitch. Have to think HCDB will be doing everything to get CA ready for a few series’.

I doubt we have any surprise QBs (getting Chance to flip is even a bigger deal now).
The staff tried to get a QB and it didn't work out, would not be surprised to take two next year unless a hidden gem emerges for Feb signing.
I love what they have done with this class as they knew it would be small and took their time, locked up who they wanted and waited on the rest of the chips to fall.
I'm really hoping the two kids form SC sign with us in December.

It seems like the staff, from the recruiting updates has done a great job keeping current commits feeling the love and ready to go. So I don't see any players bailing which is great given our haul. I think many are bullish on one other (Cooper) who will also be a great pick up. That leaves it to possible unknowns or those who are known but little chatter. Rocco mentioned a possibility of a surprise a few weeks back. No idea on the name. It's a fun time watching recruiting and will be more fun next year (as long as you are not one of those people who go over the edge with the ebb and flow). Happy holidays Cuse fans!

Yeah, I guess pretty close, although he verballed about 3 months before signing day.

Tell ya what, if there's a good QB in a region and all the schools in that region are being stupid and not going after him, then we should find room.
