I don't get the deal with turning in things to the league. League looks at it and agrees that Trotter should have been flagged. What happens? It doesn't change the outcome of the game. Refs get a strongly worded email?Babers on clock management issues against Clemson: “There was a 25 second mistake…It was bad. It's been handled internally. It won't happen again."
Babers on RB Sean Tucker’s lack of involvement: “He should have more than five carries in a football game. That’s been addressed.”
Fuentes was "escorting" the QB out of bounds. He was also pushed. The flag was OK, but why wasn't the same flag called later in the day? The calls were turned into the league.
No injury updates.
A real league/business would fine them or hold them out of key matchups / title games. Not sure that happens with the ACC. You have to submit the egregious calls.I don't get the deal with turning in things to the league. League looks at it and agrees that Trotter should have been flagged. What happens? 15 carries if he is injured, 25 if he is not?should answer the tucker debate
The Beck appointment was a board assumption, could be partially true though.Weird part on time management is that we'd gotten better on it all year. I thought Beck was appointed as that guy this year -- maybe Beck just assumed Dino would call the timeout. Maybe something else happened. But clearly it was an up.

I understand the purpose in spirit but we have been getting hosed since we joined the ACC. Nothing has changed. Keep submitting these things of course. I'm ready to change conferences.A real league/business would fine them or hold them out of key matchups / title games. Not sure that happens with the ACC. You have to submit the egregious calls.
And where would you go? The ACC is a fit for us academically, olympic sports wise and for Football/BasketballI understand the purpose in spirit but we have been getting hosed since we joined the ACC. Nothing has changed. Keep submitting these things of course. I'm ready to change conferences.
It won’t though, lol.should answer the tucker debate
I think Dino’s answer was fairly clear15 carries if he is injured, 25 if he is not?
Big 10 or whatever it is now? Makes sense regionally, athletically and pretty sure academically as well. And where would you go? The ACC is a fit for us academically, olympic sports wise and for Football/Basketball
More than 5 carries is not clear at all about whether he is dinged up or not.I think Dino’s answer was fairly clear
I have no idea if or to what extent he’s injured. Thats primarily board conjecture at the moment, though he did ask out of a few plays saturday.More than 5 carries is not clear at all about whether he is dinged up or not.
If it is the same as ACC basketball, and I think that it is, every ref's performance is evaluated and given a type of performance or grade score. I'm sure missed/wrong calls sent in by programs (if the ref was wrong) are factored in. Those performance scores impact who gets assigned (the best always draw the highest profile assignments) and how often they are assigned.I don't get the deal with turning in things to the league. Regionally? Iowa/Nebraska/Minnesota vs Florida/NC/Virgina? Academicslly? Majority big land grant universities vs A mix of public schools with a good amount of private schools? Athletically, Lacrosse is better ACC, Basketball is better, other sports like soccer, it’s not like we are a hockey school, Our football recruiting is 95 percent east coast especially Florida. The ACC is our home and I hope it gets to stay like it is and maybe grow a bit more in terms of offerings and maybe add a school or twoBig 10 or whatever it is now? Just send a DM to the commissioner stating we are willing to swap with Rutgers.Do they list openings on their website where we can just submit a resume?

Refs aside, I like our conference. It fits the university, culture, and I like the teams we play against. Also appreciate that it doesn’t seem to want to lose it’s regional identity. If we went to the B1G, we’d have the same troubles when playing against their blue bloods anyway.Do they list openings on their website where we can just submit a resume?
