When he's playing smart basketball, Dion's our best guard. But we've got guards. Fab's our only legitimate center, now and next year.

I guess one could argue that Boeheim's never going to feature his center, so Dion would be a bigger asset for us, but I still think Fab's the difference between a good team and a great team, both this year and next.

I've seen games where Dion hasn't showed up. And I've seen games Fab wasn't allowed to show up. Writings on the wall, Fab is a SIGNIFICANT piece to our run at a championship. He is not our best player, but our most valuable.

I chose Fab because there are more guards waiting. Having the towers of Fab, DC2, and Rak would be amazing.

Also, I kind of like the idea of seeing how this team responds to Triche. Without Dion it would clearly be Triche's team. And Triche would be one of those easy to root for. Here forever, and coming from a role player to assume center stage is enjoyable to watch.
