Does Southerland Deserve Minutes?

As I outlined in my latest article on NationOfOrange.com (http://www.nationoforange.com/content/position-position-preview-small-forward-73/), I don't think Southerland brings little to be desired on the defensive and rebounding front. There isn't really anything he does that Joseph and Fair can't do. Does he deserve minutes outside of the occasional 5-10 minutes to see if he gets hot from the outside once in awhile?

Thoughts on that and my Small Forward preview?
