Does SU basketball need to hire a PR firm?

To thoroughly review and update our image review why we are not grabbing top recruits, gain insights on perceptions of the program both locally and nationally (for recruiting). Are we missing the mark for what recruits truly want/need? What are our biggest selling assets in recruiting, the Dome, coaches, history, fan base? What are the areas we need to improve from top to bottom? Do we do nothing and no changes are necessary? Is image everything or is it something else? Maybe we need an independent review.
