If he plays like he did the last game then the loss of melo is negated or close to it. im always postive until given reason not to be. I believe players can step up to the occassion. who knows james could hit 5 3 's a game from here on out and mcw could play a huge role because he is no longer a freshman.

Well then look to Rak or Baye, because its on the defensive side that we'll miss him most.

If Ladle Jardine can get his head on straight and lead this team, I think we'll be alright. Of course a little Kurt Joseph using his senior experience would be awesome too.

Waiters had one of the best shooting games I have seen since DNic was draining 3's like crazy in a few games. But how many times will Dion go 7-10? If he misses a few early, he probably stops shooting them. Other than the 3's, he was 1-7. I don't expect him to go 7-10 again nor should we. He needs to do a better job scoring inside the 3 line and not hope he hits 7 again. If he does, great but I wouldn't expect it. We need him to have some big games but I hope people aren't hoping for that kind of 3 ball shooting.

funny part is i thought you guys didnt know what i was talking about and i didnt realize he spelled it that way.
You could have just said you had a "Cali" moment and all would been good.

We definitely need someone to step up and carry us a la Wallace or Carmelo, and Waiters is the likeliest candidate. I'd still love to see Kris finally step up and play like a tough senior leader.

The nice thing is, it will be easy to cover Fab's 7ppg, but the 6 rebs and 3 blocks will be tough. May need to give up on a few fast breaks and send the guards into the paint for boards

im not expecting that many 3 point shots made a game but he could step up and avg 20 points of game from here on out, this is college basketball and these things are possible and happen. he could pull a kemba.

that's my point. he's got to get back to how easily he got to the basket and made 2's or on the break. 1-7 won't cut it unless he hits a ton of 3's which i don't expect.
