Horrible. I never felt unsafe on our flight, but those small planes with bad weather, you never know.

Very sad for those people. And the pilot initially survived, maybe died because of elements or injury?

Yeah we did K2 back in '09, my dad sent me that story when it came out. Surprised the pilot only had 2 years experience up there, from what I gathered. We couldn't have had a better pilot imo. He had 30 years of experience and was a stunt pilot instructor. We flew in an Otter.

I have a friend taking Rusts (who owns K2) in 2 weeks to get him to some land he bought, up by Talkeetna (no roads to the property).
