Free Safety

I thought there was someone ("a new guy"?) who played at least a few plays at free safety when P. Thomas was out. Looked like # 30 from where I was sitting, but not sure. Don't think it was Wilkes who is the "official" backup . Does anyone have any idea who/what I'm talking about?
