Totally different team today. See what happens next week but Doug may have earned a few more paychecks
I would have guessed the Pinstripe Bowl but whatevs.
He's a good coach. The Bills letting him walk and bringing in Rex instead...huge mistake!
UMM no he opted out of his contract.

Noo. It was a surprise if you follow the Bills at all.[/QUOTE
See above.
I just don't get the hand wringing here about FHCDM.Regardless of what happened here, I'm still pulling for the guy...

Guy came here, righted the ship. The job was not what he had mad it to be in his dreams. The NFL called, and he took on the challenge. Good for him.
I assume that anyone in here who rips him for that married their first girlfriend, because in their world how you feel about things never changes.
I know. I am sooooo glad Babers didn't do that. But he brought some of the staff with him! Nobody EVER does that!

I assume that anyone on here who rips him for doing that must have married their first girlfriend, because in their world, how you feel about things never changes.
Even that first year with Paulus, almost bowl eligible 4-8 and two games that we absolutely gave away I think that was the pattern during his tenure lose games we should have won. Rutgees year two prime exampleThose people seem to forgot how horrible and embarrassing the Gerg years were. Doug wasn't a warm and fuzzy guy and that makes it easier for people to bash him I guess. The NFL came calling for about 2.5x the salary. I would say every single person who bashes him would have taken that job too
