there’s a lot to do. But can someone let GS know he’s allowed to throw the ball to Tucker in all 4 quarters.
Does GS call the plays? Seriously. Tucker is always open and for some reason, we just stopped throwing to Gadson.there’s a lot to do. But can someone let GS know he’s allowed to throw the ball to Tucker in all 4 quarters.
Gadsden was also entirely off the field on at least a couple big 3rd downs in the 2nd half. OddDoes GS call the plays? Seriously. Tucker is always open and for some reason, we just stopped throwing to Gadson.
Tucker was also in perfect position on that one option and Shrader ran into the defense and got crushed.Does GS call the plays? Seriously. Tucker is always open and for some reason, we just stopped throwing to Gadson.

SWC75 needs to ask about this on the Dino Babers show this week.Gadsden was also entirely off the field on at least a couple big 3rd downs in the 2nd half. Odd
So, he is the secondary guy. Got it. Look, I want to see more swing passes to Tucker. But as a first option. I think we are getting much better qb ing than we thought we would get 5 weeks ago. I don't think people should lose sight of that.Does GS call the plays…..? Yeah, when it’s a passing play and his down the field WR’s aren’t open and he routinely doesn’t throw to his wide open check down. Who happens to be Tucker. Then yeah, he calls the play.
I really don't understand how often Shrader doesn't even consider the swing pass to Tucker.
It's supposed to be an easy, no brainer play.
It’s completely crazy. If for no other reason, just look at him as your 6th option before just running into the line for a one yard sack.I really don't understand how often Shrader doesn't even consider the swing pass to Tucker.

I am. On many plays. Let's set passes up to Tucker. Having said that, I will say again, the qb ing has been a lot better than we thought it would be if we are fair.I’m in no way calling for him to be the first option. Many many plays, when things break down he has a chance to get the ball to Tucker and instead he’s taking a sack, throwing into coverage or keeping it and usually not for a positive run.

The last 2 games… idk…. seems like our best offense is the other team gifting us penalties. To be fair, it’s WAY better than last year’s offense.
You would think that would be the release or check down when nobody else is open?I really don't understand how often Shrader doesn't even consider the swing pass to Tucker.

I literally was yelling at my tv about that. Haha. What?!Gadsden was also entirely off the field on at least a couple big 3rd downs in the 2nd half. Odd
he was dinged up too.Gadsden was also entirely off the field on at least a couple big 3rd downs in the 2nd half. Odd

I have a feeling UVA was used to seeing this same offense in practice and helped shut it down. Nothing seemed open in the passing game, running game, or even Shrader scrambling
You never know how the mind works. You can rep it over and over again in practice. Doesnt mean they will do it in the game with live bullets. lolI really don't understand how often Shrader doesn't even consider the swing pass to Tucker.

It's just so weird because you'd think in the play design it would be an early read, if for no other reason than to look off the defense to that side and stretch the field. You never know how the mind works.
