So I mean he’s played in every game...

No, he's played in 26 of 33 games. His numbers per 40 minutes:
17.8p 8.8r 0.6a 1.2s 1.8b = 30.2+ 10.6mfg 0.9mft 3.0to 5.5pf = 20.0- = 10.2NP 6.3OE 3.9FG

In his year at SU they were:
20.6p 8.5r 1.3a 1.5s 2.2b = 34.1+ 7.1mfg 1.8mft 2.9to 5.5pf = 17.3- = 16.8NP 11.7OE 5.1FG

He's still scoring well but somewhat less and he's missing more shots. He's passing the ball less, (if that's possible). He's still blocking shots but a little less. He's improved his free throw percentage from 64.5% to 73.9%. Other than that he's about the same. On this SU team he's have given us an inside scorer but his fouling would keep him on the bench much of the time(He's averaged 10.7m in the games he's played this year, 17.9 at SU. I think excessive fouling is usually an indication of defensive weakness: you foul to make up for getting beat. So he hasn't improved there. he's have helped our rebounding. he might have have advanced more in his third year year of playing here.

If his plan, or circumstances require, that he needs to get to the NBA quickly for family financial
reasons, I don't see how tranferring to SHU and sitting a year really helped him out. It probably
would've been better to simply hang a 17/8 season up a la Donte Green, and then declare. There
have been plenty of apathetic defenders in the NBA, so the fact he sucked, or still does suck, on D
isn't a terrible thing. If it was necessary to return to NYC for family reasons, then hope that works
out for him, as sometimes life interferes with plans. Too bad SU didn't have him last year.

Not sure what was an easier prediction...Seton Hall to lose or St. John’s to lose.

Cuse at least was a 50/50 type call.
