I wouldn't be completely surprised at that as I have a feeling he will be pretty good eventually. But really would be better for a true freshman to get snaps against a lower level opponent before coming in and playing against conference members. Cuse.com says he participated in 1 game but not sure which one that was or in what capacity.
Have to assume Bellamy and Lewis would still be playing ahead of him and currently I think Delaine is ahead of Ibn as well.

He’s been pretty consistent on the out for the season guys. None of them have come back

Considering the beating Fadil Diggs gave Schlee last game I would be cautious about running near him if I was Castellanos.
