Better to be a #10 seed than a #8/9. Being a #6 or #11 is even better. Avoid the #1 and #2 seeds in the first 2 rounds. There is no difference between #6/7/8/9 seeds.

I think you meant to say 6/7/10/11 at the end, based on the rest of your post.

I would say #11 is worst because that is typically a play in game seed. Want nothing to do with that either.
