Kudos to the staff for getting good candidates on campus to compete for these jobs.

It helps when the staff can point to recent players like Riley Dixon and Cole Murphy that came to Syracuse as walk-ons, won a starting job and earned a scholarship.

It can't hurt to have the only domed stadium in P5 too. Perfect kicking conditions are attractive to these guys.
