RABBLE RABBLE RABBLE

There's only one way to shut these guys up ... the same way we've been doing it all year.

What Katz, or Gotdweeb, Dukie V or anyone else says about what might happen ... is nothing more than smack. I think this team is special... I decided that after the brutal 3 week stretch from Feb. 8th to March 3d, when they had to play:

- GT (#12)
- UConn (3 days later)
- back to back 18Louisville at the Dumb Dumb (we were 0-7 against them recently) and Rutgers at the Rak (where UConn and Gotlieb's FF team, Florida, were beaten)
- Stall ball USF desperate for a bid
- UConn again, another desperate team, at Gampel where we were 0-4)
- 18Louisville again (Rick had 'no problem' prepairing for our zone).

This team had a golden opportunity to blink here, and it would have been entirely understandable with such a compressed stretch of difficult games/venues. We heard the usual from the pundits. They fussed about our half-court and gushed over our opponent's shotblockers, transition games, 3pt shooters, defenses ... etc, etc...

All we did was win every single game. All of them.

We're so deep and talented, it puzzles me that we lost in the BET .. (ditto for the nation's top 4 ranked teams, including Ky). Something wasn't right -- not sure if the flue was a problem, or whatever. Either way, I'd say loosing is out of character for this team, not winning.
