Kentucky man loses foot as a result of celebration shooting

Regardless of the city, it is amazing to watch the celebration and collective mentality when a team wins it's first championship in a long time. Freud's "id" seems to make a collective appearance, as one city or region gets an impromptu holiday that trumps all others that year in terms of celebration.
That said I feel bad about the guy's foot and any damage others may incur. Even non-fans often join in the rare platform for the collective display of the id. Having participated in person, it's hard to translate the feeling into words. I had someone who apparently had been tear gassed earlier walk by me, and this alone was strong enough that it made me nauseous. I can't imagine how powerful that stuff must have been to have been directly in it.
