I simply do not understand our offense.

Shrader will show if he can be the next QB here when Liberty forces him to make some throws next half.

He doesn’t need to light them up, but if he can hit enough to keep them honest.. our running game with Shrader, Tucker and Adams is strong enough to field a competent offense for the first time in forever.

If he can’t, back to the drawing board.

We won first twenty minutes of half

We lost the last ten minutes because we got away from what we were doing first twenty ... Screens, short passes, runs off tackle

Couple thoughts

- We're more limited in the passing game with Shrader but he goes thru progressions and his mobility will help avoid negative plays, pass blocking is a big weakness on offense.
- On the flip side, Shrader's legs obviously help the running game and improved run blocking will give Tucker and Adams some holes to run through.
-Absolutely need a #2 WR to emerge, Queeley hasn't done much and Sharod is not good enough to play consistently.

We should be able to scheme up some shots at half, but so will Liberty.

I like keeping pressure on Willis, we got some dogs on D that can get home and some guys who can man up on the outside.

Stifle Liberty, put a couple more tuddies in.

Dungey could be a heart attack too. He didn’t exactly have a Jeff George arm. Shrader is a step below him but he’s the guy by default.
It’s his first start. We are actually winning. His pass will improve with time and coaching. Not a great pass but Johnson needs to catch that ball. He is notorious for dropping it.

GS as a run threat creates space for Tuck & Adam’s too, holds a defender.
