like a slow moving train

If it really turns out he can keep this up and get even better (e.g., lead us to another F4) , well then I'm okay saying goodbye and good luck. Guys like him do not come around too often and if its one year only, I'm glad he selected us.

Jesus! (That's not a comment about your post, but rather, a reaction to your avatar. :p)

Every time I see his avatar I think about Jesus with his attitude! Just too funny! Great movie.

You know, it was bad enough to accept Grant leaving! Et tu Ennis!! Well, it's hard to walk away from a million dollar paycheck.

I hope he stays one more year.
Jabari Parker is apparently thinking about it. What if we get to the Final Four but then lose? Ennis might reconsider, especially since he apparently gave himself 2 years anyway.

i think he is a smart kid. I'm very impressed with his post game interviews, and he's apparently a good student (male scholar athlete of the week). When the time comes, I think he'll think things through very carefully rather than just grab the easy money.

I think he'll be in a situation where thinking things through means he does grab the easy money.:noidea:

That could well be true. But if he turns out to be borderline lottery... maybe not so fast

One of the things that is an axiom to the fact that Ennis has shown himself to be a special and extraordinary talent is Jim Boeheim's expertise as a talent evaluator.

Tyler was expected to be a very good player coming in but few people expected to see him usurp the likes of Gordon, Parker, Wiggins, and Randle. But as we enter the closing weeks of January and not even into the heart of conference play it's Ennis that is really turning heads and beginning to be seen as a wunderkid.

That's Jimmy B's ability to see the game and it's players in ways that most of us would never be able to wrap our heads around. Both player and coach... simply amazing.
