Yup. He could have set his feet and tried to make a play. He also needs to keep the throw to Taj in bounds, no reason to pit it out there.

Again bad throw by TD to Harris but Harris can catch that easily if he has field awareness. And for the amount he has run his mouth this year he needs to make that catch.
