Marcus Sales...

As a now assumed libtard I have to say that the real crime is the systemic racism whereby a man trying to make a living is imprisoned while billions are made and hidden offshore by those in the supply chain above him.

You realize that those higher in the supply chain are prosecuted when they can get them. It's a lot easier to get the low people than it is the Colombian drug lords. Let's also not forget that Mr. Sales got an SU education and presumably had other options to make a living.

What does having an offshore bank account have to do with anything? I don't think those in the supply chain above him are reporting their income from drug sales... this isn't quite the same mlm as Amway ;)

I get what you're saying but I don't sympathize much with someone that had the educational opportunities Mr. Sales had.

Sad to see. A solid player at times for us during the Nassib era. 5 years is more than plenty for his charge, especially for a single father of 2.

I have friended a number of SU football alumni on facebook and remember a former linemen complaining that he thought his college degree was supposed to get him more than the minimum wage he was earning. A free education at a school like Syracuse certainly opens up doors, but it doesn't always work out.

I wish him and his kids the best going forward.
