Maybe we could get the last place SEC team against the AAC Champ.
The only problem would be if The Gamecocks finished last because they will never step foot in the Dome , not as long as "The Old Ball Coach" is roaming the sidelines...

I don't much feel like picking on the AAC. These schools are going to struggle in this new system. If they find a way to get into a warm weather bowlgame in a destination city, good for them.

It had a full crowd because it opened with an exhibition game against the Yankees.

Sounds good in theory, but there will be too many years when one or both teams aren't bowl eligible to plan it that way.
