Noone goes to these games anyways. Test all the players keep the stands empty and see if ESPN wants to show some live sports when people are desperate for them? I don't see why not. They could even play midweek as most of the players don't have to be at their 9-5s for now.
Its also a VERY TV friendly sport (football is too) theres a drop off with everything going from best seat in the house to television but its not as drastic in lax as it is in hockey a similar sport where you can't really see the puck no matter how big your TV is when you aren't there.
