He didnt just wake up one day and say, "alright, I dont wanna be suspended anymore, I think ill play"... I mean, SOMEONE had to tell him he was cleared

I saw it. the University said that he could have played vs West virginia but they wanted to wait to hear from the NCAA. I would take that to mean they heard from the NCAA and he was cleared to play.

I saw that this ruling was due to a second look at their initial ruling on his eligibility. What want to know is how often do they go back and change their rulings seems peculiar.
