In addition to this past Saturday's game vs. Virginia Tech, here are a list of games off the top of my head where I thought at the end "Wow -- how the hell did we just pull that off?"

2018 vs. UNC
2017 vs. Clemson
2014 vs. Villanova
2012 at Missouri and at USF
2011 vs. Wake Forest and vs. Toledo
2003 at UNC
2002 vs. Virginia Tech
1999 Music City Bowl vs. Kentucky
1998 vs. Virginia Tech
1997 vs. Tulane

Probably many more I'm missing.

We lost that Toledo game. PAT was clearly missed.

And the two Louisville wins.
GRob actually split with Louisville 2-2 over his 4 years, which is bizarre and remarkable at the same time in that we were horrible and Louisville was generally a consistent top 25 team over those years. Andrew Robinson had a huge game against them passing one year.

I remember the team playing relatively well in the two losses. It’s so weird.

Opposite side of the ledger but the grob up-the-gut again and again loss to Illinois is my “omg did we seriously NOT win that?!?!”

Lots of similarities from that team to the current one. A disappointing drop back QB (Scharr) was replaced by a dual threat guy. Had a stud RB (Owens). Good offensive line and young talent at WR.
How many games did Mark come in and win that season after Scharr crumbled. At least 2. Kept the bowl streak going and kept the program moving up.

LOL! That ND road win, for sure. Where'd that come from?

Still the most unexpected of What wins for Syracuse. I was there and still can't believe it happened.

I'd give honorable mention to the "Sombrero Game" of 2004. BC fans showed up in Sombreros to celebrate their Fiesta Bowl invitation (first ever). Syracuse took the opening play and never looked back. That was beyond unexpected based on how Syracuse choked to Temple and blew any chance at a Big East title.
