People are becoming starry-eyed about it!! You people who already had Nice n Easy's around the country probably take them for granted. Until now we only had the Mobil station and maybe a random Citgo.

More coming.

LOL, Quizno's just opened in Ithaca, very exciting

You wish you had In-n-Out Burger back east, admit it.
You know, I do love In-n-Out but I will say this probably the best burger or damn close you will ever find is the Pines Burger at the Glenwood Pines in Ithaca, just outside really. Damn good.

Fast food burger or gourmet burger? I somehow missed that place during my 5 years in Gorge-ous Ithaca as an indentured grad student.

You know you're a CNY redneck when:
1) you get excited about the opening of a new Nice N Easy gas station.
2) you get excited when Wegmans expands to a new state.
3) the opening of a new Quiznos blows wind up your skirt.

It's not fast food, just a solid family spot

Or.. You know that you have been away from CNY for a long time when someone talks about the opening of a Nice N Easy store and you think it is a place that sells hair color.

Was there a Zebbs in the Southern Tier at one point?

Agreed! Delicious burger at Glenwood.

And - as a 10 year resident of San Diego, trust me when I tell you In-N-Out is overrated. It's good, but not heavenly as people would have you believe. Best thing about In-N-Out might be their milkshakes.

You talkin Subs? Oswego Subs Rule...1 am style
Been to both. No comparison. Aunt Cookie's are flat out the best. Better than Wegman's, Quizno's, Subway, etc. Find some Geneseo grads on here and they will tell you so. (This isn't just drunk recollection. Was there on way to rafting at Letchworth State Park. Stopped in with our group. One kid at 4 of them.)

The thing I like about In-n-Out is that the food really tastes like it came right off the grill, or out of the fryer, and it is a different palate than any other fast food burger I've had. Their fries are my favorite, though, totally unlike any other place's fries.

Nice N Easy sounds like the name of an escort service...

I've been to In-n-Out. Overrated.
So is Five Guys.

The closest thing to a "must have" burger that I've had was 1/8 of a burger taste being handed out in Vegas on my way out of the shopping center attached to Caesar's Palace during March Madness. It was delicious. I will definitely seek that out when I'm back there.
