I'm kind of excited for the first $1,000,000 NIL bust. A&M and their 8 5* recruits might still have a great season this year or in the next couple, but seeing them lose was great. This was one of the best college football weekends in a long time,

During Texas A&M yell practice, the yell leaders didn't have very nice things to say about "Appalachia".

I was in Alabama all week. The sports radio was so crazy over the top predicting the Texas game. I get Alabama has been unstoppable for a long time but it was hilarious to listen to radio host after radio host wracking their brain to figure out any possible way Texas could stay within 3-4 touchdowns. It was all presented as just the facts. I know Bama did win, but it was fun to listen to that lead up. The hubris was very strong!

At the bar I was at, around 11:30 the Aggie war hymn is played and everyone goes arm and arm and sings it. Then they all march to the stadium for midnight yell. It was bizarre yet kind of cool at the same time. My brother was in the corps of cadets and got me on the field for midnight yell. I was wearing an Orange SU shirt. My dad got a picture and I will try to dig it up and post it.
