This is one of the heads of the infamous "five families" of the NY Mafia, who duped people into thinking he was crazy walking around outside in his bathrobe for years. True story: my dad, a retail manager for a famous chain store knew both Vincent and his son as they bought electronics from his store a bunch of times - my dad got along with them.
