I, for one, find it very hard to believe that an institution that handled the sexual abuse allegations regarding a former prominent football coach the way that it did, and then proceeded to hire a football coach with a sketchy past regarding the handling of sexual assault cases would ever get caught up in a scandal such as this.

If this is true, board members (psu trustees), school officials, ncaa officials and anyone else responsible for not levying sufficient punishment the first time similar crimes happened should be jailed.

Police on Penn State's campus are investigating a sexual misconduct complaint that allegedly occurred at the football program's training facility multiple times during the past 15 months.
The university posted a notice of the complaint, which alleges that a student inappropriately touched other students, as is required by law on Thursday, according to multiple reports. University officials would not reveal whether the students involved are connected with the football program.
The Lasch Building houses the Penn State football team's locker room, weight room, meeting rooms and coaching offices. The facility gained notoriety during the Jerry Sandusky child molestation scandal because Sandusky assaulted some of his victims there.

If this is student led, and the student is not part of the football team, then there will be few if any repercussions for the football team

What is it about that building? Do they blast Marvin Gaye records over the loudspeakers? Does it have a disco ball and a smoke machine? Is there an oyster bar?

Gotta say, that's poorly written. Sounds like touching students on Thursdays is required under PA law.
