Hey guys, it's been a few years since I've been able to come home during basketball season for a game in the Dome, but I'll be there with my four older kids for the IU game a week from Tuesday.
My question is: we have tix in section 317, but I do not recall if there are railings in the upper deck or if they were added during the renovation. My father is elderly and would like to attend but is not comfortable unless there is a railing (my recollection is that the upper deck did not).
