Im curious and have a question. Was kinda bored today and was thinking about what was the best performance by a opposing player I have seen in the dome. Let me say that my family had season tickets from 87-96. I went to a few games a year before then and have been to a few after then. I moved to the Dallas area to be close to my parents after 2003 because o told myself I have seen it all! That said I’m not sure of exact years etc., but here is a few I remember...

1. Felipe Lopez, took my best friend in high school because my sister didn’t want to go. Scored 37 I think. I just remember saying the whole game to
My friend freakin Felipe. SU won though

2. During Moten era Chris Smith of UConn, another one that scored like 35. Seemed
Like he made everything. Again SU still won

For some reason those two stick out to me and I’m trying to remember more. So remember just some years, nothing against the old guys/ladies on here. I’m only 41 so...

Forgot his name but some Seton Hall kid dropped I think 40 on us within the past 10 years or so.

douby of Rutgers in the modern era but Julius Erving before that.

Quincy Douby from Rutgers dropped 41.

David Robbinson had like 100 rebounds in 1986.
Douby was on fire that night.

seems like Chris Mullen had a good game or two and didn't Allen Iverson have a great game as well?

good call...and it felt like a lot more than that
The worst part of that was we had beaten them that year, in the Carrier Classic, as I recall.

Plavich from UNC Charlotte. First game of 2003-04 season, and he goes 10-17 from 3 against us. 10-17!

Ha. Good call. I remember that game. Xtreme posted some stats. Hankerson from BU in 2016. That game was close for awhile if I remember correctly. I remember Boeheim getting really pissed (and me yelling at the TV or stream) to guard that guy! I remember JB being upset in the postgame presser a bit about their failure to guard him.

That’s the first that came to my mind too. (Douby)I think GMac may have been banged up that game and Terrance Roberts hit a shot at the buzzer for the win.

Yup. Won the first game by 20. Lost the NCAA game by 20. View attachment 128536

Yup. I was at both.

What nobody knew was that former Midshipman David Robinson had leveled-up to Admiral status in the time between those 2 games, and then became completely unstoppable during the 2nd half of the NCAA game.

We all walked out after that game completely dumbfounded.
