I think this, along with a lot of other indicators, point to Jawhar never making it to campus. It's unfortunate but good god this staff is proactive when it comes to finding solutions to potential problems.

It would be like European soccer where the elites cherry pick the talent from everyone else. Eric Dungey blows up... hey look Oregon needs a qb, Eric why don’t you come home? Hey Ish, you’re a pretty good receiver as a senior, why don’t you go home and play for the U your senior year...

Roster limits are meaningless... kids get encouraged to leave all the time. If they pass rule eliminating the 1 year sitting period for transfers they need to also add a rule limiting how many transfers a program can take... like 1 very two years or something or this will totally get out of control.

In my opinion based on what i have read promising players lets say a 2 or 3 star RB from Mississippi who picks lets say SU and starts to Shine gets contacted by an Alabama who showed interest but passed now reach out because of a need and offer the kid an immediate chance to play. Next example. Tommy Gun is contacted by Texas A&M told they really need him this year...
