Notes:

James Pierre, Michael Moore and Jo'El Shaw did not qualify for admission to Syracuse. Moore ended up signing with UTSA, Pierre with FAU, and Shaw with Lackawanna JC.

Jaquwan Nelson was dismissed from Syracuse after his freshman season due to violation of team rules.

Liam O'Sullivan was medically disqualified after his redshirt freshman season.

It's there, that's the first date because that's the date of their rating at commitment. Any subsequent dates would be when their ranking changes.

It is correct the way you were reading it to begin with. On his verbal commit date he was a 3 star on 4/25/15 he was a 4 star rating.
