We are blessed to have such awesome people on this board. Thank you for all the hard work done by countless members to give us fans such a great resource.
Please don’t show your appreciation. It is customary to question and ridicule those posters who provide information or a service.

Thanks for putting this together. In the interest of time, you may not want to include mid-major offers any more. I can only speak for myself, but i think the program is past that, and i could care less if a kid has a Ball State offer.

I have to disagree with you, you knew I would. It's not a bad thing to show all offers. It can be a reflection of how much a kid has blown up or increase of interest from P5 schools.

I would disagree as well as there are quality non P5 offers out there and I personally like to see with some of these guys with limited P5 offers if they had a heavy amount of G5 offers. It's usually an indicator of a kid that would have a lot more interest later in the cycle.

Dearest Tep-

Feel free to save some time and effort.

Thnx for what you do.

To the esteemed Shrm-

It’s all good.

Yours, very truly,

Rivals dropped Kinsler from a 4 star to a 3 star sometime over the past couple of weeks. Can’t make it up.

(and people will inevitably complain about our rankings)

Yeah I know. I haven’t gotten around to changing that yet because of how generally irritated I am by it. At least 247 had an explanation for their downgrade of him.

I wouldn’t change them. It’s good to know what they were when committed.

What was 247s explanation?

Kinda sorta the Adly Enoicy thing where he was graded really high as a soph based on expectations that he would continue to develop and he didn't develop to the level they thought he could.

Still a solid prospect but they felt he was overgraded based on where he is right now.

So, one guy doesn't develop and hence, they all won't?

Maybe record the stars when committed and the stars when signed? I think it's good to know if any of our kids go up or down in the services.

Where he is right now = syracuse lololol.

He OV'd to Syracuse, Louisville and Nebraska and I believe he OV'd to Penn State on Oct18. I'm sure had he picked Nebraska they would've dropped his rating.

Hard to find stats on him but he had a big season from what I could tell. The Palm Beach Post continues to list him at #3 on their Super11. Here's what the Palm Beach Post said on Nov2.

Along with being a Super 11 selection, Kinsler is the No. 3 player on the first edition of this year’s Palm Beach Post Big Board. Rivals rates him as a four-star prospect while 247 Sports, ESPN and Scout all have Kinsler as a three-star player.

Kinsler had over 25 offers. His list of suitors includes Nebraska, Louisville, Virginia, Oregon, Penn State, Tennessee and LSU.

Kinsler took an official visit to Syracuse on June 21. Since then, he’s taken three other official visits, including one to Nebraska last weekend.

Not saying I agree with it but at least they had an explanation that makes it appear they did some sort of analysis. Rivals might as well be a black hole when it comes to Syracuse recruits and analysis.

It's kind of interesting how people have generally ragged on this class as far as ranking and recruit ratings, but when you factor in the transfer/grad transfer developments and some of the late developments in the class, this class may very well have more 1st year contributors to the 2 deep than any other Babers class. Depends on who is able to enroll early as well.

Not every recruit has elite multiple P-5 offers. Sometimes guys only have 1 or 2. For those guys, I am grateful to know what G-5 or lower group of schools has offered the kid.
If it's MAC or AAC or a couple other leagues, then OK. If it's Patriot League and Ivy League offers, then that kind of matters. I want to see that data, if people don't mind compiling it. That's your real picture of a kid, IMO.

And of course, thank you for doing the work in the first place!

We continue to miss not just on priority players - that happens to every school - but we are missing out entirely on priority positions! We have GOT to get some big kids on this team. And our inability to sign any QBs is utterly baffling. I mean, come on!
