Running game vs Holy Cross

Let me preface this by saying I am not comparing this year’s team to the hot garbage 2019 team. Why I am bringing that team up is, beyond their many other issues, that team couldn’t run the ball. Even when they played Holy Cross they were a bit under 4 yards per carry. If we see anything close to that next weekend, we got big problems. Holy Cross is 1-3 and they have played 4 FCS opponents. If we run all over them, great, that doesn’t mean our rushing and OL issues are solved, but if we DON’T? Yikes.

Some are "doggin" Allen on his running performance thus far.
5.4 YPC...12 carries a game.
How in the heck is he going to get 100+ yards with McCord throwing 42 times a game?
Wouldn't be surprised to see Allen get more carries the next 2 games and CUSE develop a running game.
Otherwise it will be "open season" on McCord the last seven games...
