SU/PSU tix sales ahead of USC sales last year. They don't expect a sellout but it should be a decent looking crowd on TV. Rutgers even with a sellout at their stadium will not outdraw this game.

SU season tickets are exceeding last year...season ticket base should be at least a few thousand more. Time to get in if you are a fence sitter...try the $99 tix and see if you like it. Those leaves will still be there on Sunday.

Syracuse' schools of architecture and engineering are designing a new expansion for the Dome. Since we can extend the walls further in any direction, they are creating inverted seating. This will add another 21,500 seats. Initial plans call for the student section to be moved to the very center, directly over midfield. Vendors have voiced some concerns, but officials are confident that all remaining issues can be resolved.

In other news, Syracuse will be opening a med school to address the health issues related to football fans who sit inverted for three hours six or seven times per year
