Being able to stay in character, that’s dedication to your craft
What character im excited about a kid we just landed. You are attacking me for no reason.

The staff did a great job filling this class. Yes there were misses but still found prototypical Boeheim players. And each kid should further develop this year at their respective schools. We know it's not easy when you have a 77 year old coach but it's a testament to the entire program that they are able to bring in a highly rated class like this.

Based upon game film -- that's a pretty good scouting report. Agree with everything as described -- both positive and where he has opportunities to improve.

Do you think Kris Joseph with a little better shot is a good comp? Kris was really fast running baseline to baseline - sounds like Bunch will be the same.

Up front I can tell Copeland and Carey have swag
Serious attitudes when they play. They appear not just unapologetic for making an opponent look bad but actually want to.

Hope Bunch has swag

Melo was drafted when most of these kids weren’t even born, yet he still resonates with them
Because he still has game.
Ironically, Melo being shunned for a couple of years was probably the best thing to happen to his legacy. Being away made folks appreciate him a lot more when he came back, and the public loves a good comeback story. Plus, his colleagues almost to a man, stood by him and sang his praises.
Say what you will about him, but he’s undeniably well-loved throughout the sport. Best basketball ambassador in Cuse history. No doubt.

Any disrespect Melo has faced is pretty much entirely media and fan contrived.

Basketball players know how good he is. They've always known. And they've been vocal and clear about it.

I truly hope he can find time to stay engaged with the program once he retires. Haven't heard much lately about Kiyan and where he is as a prospect but be great if he is SU level and we make that happen.

Gotta say ugly airball last night but no doubt he is still got it.

Speaking of media contrivances. Why is this getting more air time than Melo’s 28-point performance the other night? Is anyone even talking about Monk’s airball a few seconds earlier?

Players miss shots all the time. This shouldn’t be headline-worthy.

No idea. It's like he is a lightning rod for media criticism and he never did anything whatsoever to deserve that.

Used to piss me off but honestly now it's just lazy journalism.
