With Fab out I doubt we can keep the winning streak alive long. Unless Moose and christmas really step up big. Maybe jimmy will go small with Southerland and CJ at the forwards . Quickness might work for awhile.Crashing the boards will need to be a big team effort and the zone D will need to be very active . More than ever this season thus far. Sorry about Mookie leaving. I hope its not a serious matter for the kid in his personal life. He has played "the good soldier far longer than I would or did think he would

yee of little faith. I think we respond and roll them

I think we win tonight and really struggle Monday.

All I know is if we win Monday an Fab comes back...we will prove once and for all we are the team to beat.

If we DO lose, will people cut us some slack the way they do other teams who play without a starter? Serious question.

I would think the committee would certainly look at it that way.

And BTW, we are not losing tonight.

We are not losing because fab is out... the team will step up. However the sky is falling without the mookster hanging out on the benchcouchburn

(side note I wish mookie the best)

Unless fab is done for the year, then we get no slack

Nope. No chance the media gives us the Sullinger excuses. Sullinger didnt play, Sullinger is hurt, etc. etc.

Dion has played with his hand wrapped for how long now? Haven't heard a peep. It might heal too, except he keeps brutalizing the rim on dunks.

I didn't want to bring up Sullinger, because clearly Fab isn't in the same league right now in terms of productivity or importance. However, people bent over backward making excuses for OSU.

Look at it this way- if fab had a sprained ankle & needed to sit out a coupla games...how would we expect the team to respond?
Absences (injuries, family/personal, etc) truly are "part of the game. If we're as deep as we say we are- now's our chance to prove it.
No excuses...TWO(2) wins on tap!!!
