With the rise of virus cases in western NY, the governor has made a couple of of areas orange zones verging on red. For those not in NY, this means going back on contact restrictions. If SU falls into these restrictions, how do they and the ACC handle the bball season? Unlike football, basketball plays several times a week, every week. Postponing several games to reschedule doesn't seem plausible.

Is a college game considered a "mass gathering"?

If schools and non-essential businesses are closed, I can't see any games being played.

Any games that are cancelled can't be made up.
I was wondering what happens if it's just NYS/SU that get locked down for 2 - 4 weeks losing 4 to 8 games. That's only 1 school. But they could lose a significant portion of their schedule. Can't reschedule all of that. Wow if North Carolina were to close down the ACC might as well cancel the season!

During game time each school on their own court shoot free throws. The team at the end of the allotted time period with the most made wins. Kind of like how soccer breaks a tie with 12 yards penalty kicks.

How about a huge game of virtual HORSE? Find a way to make it a multi-player team thing.

Loser pays for the orange slices and participation ribbons.
