If you were to field a team of 8 from the opponents that we've played thus far, and gave them a month to practice, would they beat our current line-up?

Only Vonleh is projected as a 1st rounder, whereas we have 2 or 3 such players (Fair is borderline).

I'd go with a lineup of:
G M. Paige (UNC)
G J. Cobbs (Cal)
F J. McAdoo (UNC)
F I. Austin (Bay)
F J. Pinkston (Nova)

G Andre Hollins (Minn)
G. D. Harrison (SJU)
F C. Jefferson (Bay)

Just add a few pieces to Nova or Baylor, and assume they were a team from the start of the year, and they would beat us in a series.

Add a few competent bigs to Nova for example.

Pfft only way I'd be scared is if we faced five Elliot Eliasons. :rolling:

1. Wait, so you wouldn't use Vonleh even though he's the only 1st rounder?
2. I think there's a much better chance of McAdoo being a 1st round pick than CJ.
3. I think Grant is our only 1st rounder for this year's draft, though in terms of college basketball, Ennis is better than any PG we've faced.

What if we gave them Jesus at the point guard position? He may have trouble seeing over our zone, but he has all the intangibles.

This thread shows real promise. I think the title alone can spawn at least 5 or 6 incredulous threads on the boneyard.

And for the record, I'll take Hurricane Boeheim and 5 mini Tyler Eniss' over anyone.

Speaking of fantasy:

ACC vs Team Canada. Tyler Ennis plays for both because he can,

PG - Tyler Ennis
PG - Kevin Pangos
SG - Nick Stauskas
SG - Olivier Hanlan
SF - Andrew Wiggins
3,4 - Melvin Ejim
PF - Dwight Powell
C - Jordan Bachynski
C- Khem Birch

Freak Cheerleader on the Bench - Sim Bhullar

SU would lose to Team Canada. That squad would also have Haslip from Baylor on the bench and as Vitale suggested, Dan Shulman could be their coach.
